House Rules

Naturally, be respectful for all around you, including the space and property. Be aware of using way too much water - we are on tank water. The wastewater tank and the plumbing won't tolerate anything other than the loo paper provided - so please be very mindful of that and create no damage. Please - No candles, incence, or other burning flames. Long term guests - we don't provide for your living expenses so please provide your own groceries - personal effects and foodstuffs.

 Guests are expected to follow the rules and can be removed if they cause issues.

All guests are required to follow hosting standard requirements, which includes confirmed phone number, email address, payment information and agreement to your House Rules.
